Job Purpose: We are seeking for an efficient and experienced Assistant Manager to play a key role of motivating employees to drive optimum and differentiated care for customer services and emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence, also will be responsible for the achievement of the Contact Center and Telesales KPI’s.
Job Requirements:
- BSc. or BA qualification
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in a Contact Center or Telesales fields
- Previous client facing experience at senior level.
- Telecom Experience/Background is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English.
- KPI management experience.
- Team management skills.
- Roster Management / Risk Management.
- Experience in process documentation and review.
- Computer Literacy and ability to use complex raw data.
- Able to adapt with change while maintaining effectiveness.
