We are looking for an experienced candidate to prepare and publish timely reports as required by the management or operations team to analyze the performance of employees working in the organization and presentations for management and preparing executive recurring reports for clients, preparing adhoc reports and analysis of important KPIs and to make analysis of issues facing contact center and highlights areas needs improvement & you have the following qualifications & Skills:
- BS in Computer science/Mathematics/Statistics or Quantitative sciences
- 2 years of MIS experience in a contact center environment
- Experience 2-3 years in Telecom / E-Commerce
- Computer literate (Advanced Microsoft Office & Excel Skills (including Macros)
- Experience with Databases (preferable)
- Experience of automation of reports / Command of SQL / Business objects / Experience with Statistical software
- Highly analytical and number driven
- Able to deliver under challenging deadline and work under pressure
- High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities
