Skills & Experience:
- Experience 2-3 years in managing contact center operations (Telecom / E-Commerce)
- Familiarity with contact Centre measures
- Experience in day-to-day operation, helpdesk, and customer satisfaction
- Experience of managing the employee life cycle from Employee relations, engagement, manpower planning, budgeting etc.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and legal compliances
- Fluent in both Arabic & English
