Skills & Experience:

  • Experience 2-3 years in managing contact center operations (Telecom / E-Commerce)
  • Familiarity with contact Centre measures
  • Experience in day-to-day operation, helpdesk, and customer satisfaction
  • Experience of managing the employee life cycle from Employee relations, engagement, manpower planning, budgeting etc.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and legal compliances
  • Fluent in both Arabic & English
