Responsibility:
- Providing the required services and facilities with the relevant authorities to attract and facilitate events.
- Participate in organizing events and activities.
- Coordinate and contribute in planning and implementing events, exhibitions, and activities with all concerned parties.
- Managing the event site by coordinating catering, event organizing companies, equipment rental, etc.
- Supervising the dismantling and cleaning work and returning the event venue to its original state after the completion of any exhibition or event.
- Preparing editorial material and content for use in marketing bulletins and social media networks.
- Attend meetings to hold events and obtain offers to promote them at the local and external levels.
- Prepare and organize records of conferences and events initiated by the organization.
- Coordinate with the relevant authorities to provide the necessary facilities and services to facilitate the holding of events and conferences.
Job Requirements (Knowledge & Skills):
- Must be Bahrani
- Bachelor’s degree in the same field or Equivalent.
- Experience of 1 to 2 year in event management is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English).
- Passionate about preparing events.
- Project management skills.
- Computer Literate.
