Responsibility:

  • Providing the required services and facilities with the relevant authorities to attract and facilitate events.
  • Participate in organizing events and activities.
  • Coordinate and contribute in planning and implementing events, exhibitions, and activities with all concerned parties.
  • Managing the event site by coordinating catering, event organizing companies, equipment rental, etc.
  • Supervising the dismantling and cleaning work and returning the event venue to its original state after the completion of any exhibition or event.
  • Preparing editorial material and content for use in marketing bulletins and social media networks.
  • Attend meetings to hold events and obtain offers to promote them at the local and external levels.
  • Prepare and organize records of conferences and events initiated by the organization.
  • Coordinate with the relevant authorities to provide the necessary facilities and services to facilitate the holding of events and conferences.

Job Requirements (Knowledge & Skills):

  • Must be Bahrani
  • Bachelor’s degree in the same field or Equivalent.
  • Experience of 1 to 2 year in event management is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English).
  • Passionate about preparing events.
  • Project management skills.
  • Computer Literate.
