Job Purpose: we are seeking for an efficient candidate to play a key role in the business development and add to the portfolio of existing clients with continued success of the organization. The role is to source new clients across the country.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Only Saudi National will be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of sales / Business Development
  • Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English)
  • Adaptability skills, self-motivated.
  • Self-starter and ownership orientated with a ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Innovation skills; identify, investigate and implement new ideas, solutions, methods or opportunities for increased productivity
  • Business Development (generate new customer leads through various channels)
  • Proactively identify sales prospects and peruse business development activities across the country (Ability to effectively research new markets)
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business.
  • Achieve Monthly sales targets assigned on various products.
  • Maintain periodic status report, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • BPO Contact center experience is an advantage
