Job Purpose: We are looking for an efficient candidate to drive employee’s development and success. The candidate will be responsible for setting training plans, delivering training in both Arabic and English, and regularly monitoring staff performance. 

Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of identifying training needs.

•Design interactive training material.

•Deliver training programs to support employees’ progression. 

•Familiarity with training requirements & techniques.

Job Requirements:

•Must be Bahraini Nationality and fluent in Arabic & English.

•Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.

•Organization and planning skills.
