Job Purpose: we are seeking for an efficient candidate to handle video interpreting services to provide Customers (Deaf, Hard of Hearing customers ) with a world-class service by ensuring that all Customer queries are handled professionally in a timely manner.

Responsibility:

  • Provide concise, accurate, complete, and informative responses to the Customer by providing effective video service.
  • Fully comply with all the official regulations pertaining to the sign language in Bahrain.

Knowledge & Skills

  • High school certificate or higher qualification.
  • Fluent in Arabic/English written and spoken 
  • Passionate about customer experience to assist and resolve customers’ queries and problems
  • Sign language interpreting experience (working knowledge of the Professional Conduct of the sign language)
  • Have confidence and positive attitude with excellent understanding of Deaf Culture.
