• Field visits to hotels and facilities subject to tourist tax collection systems and preparing financial reports on time. 
  • Preparing reports on revenues on a regular and regular basis and ensuring their collection according to the objective situation. 
  • Study and analyze the percentage of tourism revenue collection, whether it increases or decreases. 
  • Preparing the general budget for tourism revenues for each year. 
  • Auditing the amounts collected from all tourist establishments. 
  • Accounting audit of revenues, invoices, and revenue forms. 
  • Follows up on all Authority expenses and prepares reports thereon. 
  • Reviewing the amounts returned from petty cash amounts. 
  • Carrying out the process of paying all disbursement documents for the recurring budget, the Authority’s projects, and their expenses. 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Must be Bahrani.
  • Diploma degree in the same field or Equivalent.
  • Experience of 1 to 2 year in in the same field is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English).
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Project management skills.
