Job Purpose: We are seeking an efficient candidate to play a key role in the business development and add to the portfolio to the client with continued success of the organization. The role is to source new clients in KSA in the real estate field. 

Responsibilities

·        Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.

·        Initiate sales deals with potential clients 

·        Contact with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. 

·        Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

·        Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat (Arabic & English).

·        Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.

·        Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.

Qualifications

·        Saudi Nationality.

·        One year experience in the field of sales in real estate company 

·        Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues

·        High School / Diploma / BS

·        Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
